This training is designed for groups, especially leadership groups, wanting to become more effective in understanding, appreciating and successfully utilizing the various styles and preferences of their team members. This dynamic workshop will cover one of the following as chosen by the organization:
- Myers-Briggs Personality Types: Learn and understand the concept of personality types and how they apply to your own preferences and those of others; understand how individuals tend to focus and process information in different ways
- DiSC Profiles: Learn about different behavior preferences and the impact those differences have on interactions and communication
