Larry Meeker – Co-Founder and President
Larry Meeker has over 40 years of professional engineering, management and team facilitation experience in a variety of industries. For decades, he has been innovating new leadership, training and organizational development techniques and applying them in corporations, government, nonprofit and Christian organizations. As a leader with Texas Instruments, he pioneered aspects of TI’s experiential Team Building Programs. Larry is co-author of two books published by HRD Press, Inc.: Experiential Activities for High Performance Teamwork and High Performance Teambook, a contributing author to the IAF Handbook of Group Facilitation, published in 2005, and author of Introduction to Beyond Great: Business Practices to Achieve God’s Will, published in 2007. He frequently presents on topics such as Leadership and Team Facilitation at international conferences. He is a founding board member of the Global Facilitator Service Corps (GFSC) with a focus on community outreach and facilitation following crisis and natural disasters. Larry speaks fluently both English and Spanish. 

 

Angela Gallogly – Vice President of USA Operations
Since joining ATC in 1994, Angela has facilitated and led training programs for many corporations, government agencies and nonprofit organizations. She has extensive curriculum development and training experience working with organizations such as Texas Instruments, Frito Lay, Ericsson, the US Border Patrol and the US Immigration and Naturalization Service. Her group facilitation background includes a variety of tools including the Balanced Scorecard and the Logic Model. Angela designs customized facilitation workshops, training programs and eLearning courses for change management, communication, leadership development, and vision and strategic planning. Her technical curriculum designs include topics such as software development methodology, technical supervisory skills, lean manufacturing and total cycle time. Most recently, Angela has been working in projects involving online education and designing blended eLearning programs.

 

Bego Rodas-Meeker, CPF – Senior Training Partner
Bego, IAF Certified Professional Facilitator born in Bogota, Colombia, has over 14 years of experience in facilitation, training, mentoring and consulting with high-performance teams and leadership via the design and application of participative methods and experiential learning. She develops curriculum and facilitates workshops for groups in corporate settings, government agencies and a wide range of non-profit organizations world-wide. Prior to ATC, Bego was a Founder and Principal of Amauta International, a firm specializing in training, group facilitation and mentoring. She has taught post-graduate studies on Organizational Development, Organizational Transformation, Team Facilitation and Leadership. Bego is a contributing author to the IAF Handbook of Group Facilitation, published in 2005. In 2002, she was one of 25 facilitators from around the world selected to facilitate action planning sessions for the Earth Summit Implementation Conference in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), where she has served as Latin American Regional Coordinator, Treasurer, and member of the Board of Directors. Bego is also a founder and former member of the Board of Directors of the Global Facilitator Service Corps (GFSC). Bego has broad experience facilitating with bilingual audiences, in English and Spanish, across the US and Latin America.

 

Brenda Jacoby – Training Partner
Brenda has been a trainer with Advanced Team Concepts since 1996. Prior to ATC, Brenda was a developer, trainer and facilitator at Texas Instruments and a developer and trainer with Software Professionals, Inc., which specializes in computer and internet technology training. At ATC, Brenda is involved with custom designing programs, facilitating workshops and leading curriculum development in highly technical areas such as software development methodology. She has worked with numerous ATC clients including Ingram Micro, Sky Chefs Inc., Baylor Health and the American Heart Association.

Dr. Anita Schamber – ATC Associate
Dr. Anita Schamber has encouraged and supported clients in becoming their personal and professional best for more than 25 years! As a leadership developer, coach, life/career planner, performance enhancer, and colleague, Anita has aimed at maximizing the strengths and abilities of leaders and teams in more than 20 countries. Her doctorate in Human Resorce Development, coupled with national certification in conunseling, coaching, emotional intelligence, career development , and assessment tools, provides rich resources for her investment in people. As a national speaker and published author, Anita also will contribute articles, tools and tips to ATC's new feature, "The Coach's Corner," as well as collaborate with ATC on buisiness and Kingdom services. Anita has worked with AT&T, The Boeing Company, IBM, Weyerhaeuser, World Vision International, and many educational and governmental institutions. Her coaching clients have been emerging & existing leaders, people in life/career transition, and others who want to craft significance, meaning, and excellence into their lives.
