On the new ATC webpage, Training One-On-One, we address the economic challenges now faced in organizations that can hinder the classes and educational content delivery that we may thirst for in our work groups. In addition to those new individual learning concepts, we also now offer an additional option, custom coaching and training via web training groups. Corporate coaching and leadership coaching can certainly be done one-on-one, and sometimes that is appropriate and recommended. This option for small group coaching and facilitation allows exciting group coaching dynamics and some economy of scale which can help to stretch your trianing and development investment dollars. Career online training can be powerful in preparing employees for future job demands and opportunities.
Virtual Instructor-Led Small Group Coaching and Training
This style of learning experience can be offered cost effectively, using the same set of concepts as the new one-on-one ATC methodology:
Cost Savings – small group learning allows you economies of scale, even when you can't fill a normal classroom with enough participants to justify the full class expense
Training on demand – advanced scheduling of classroom sessions is not a problem
No minimum number of participants is required to “make” a class
ATC blending of delivery technologies will provide an interactive learning experience, including on-line interaction between instructor and students
Students learn by doing – pre-work and graded assignments reinforce skills
Students can learn together – whether located together or virtually, students can participate in team learning via group homework assignments when appropriate. This will be an option initiated by the ATC coach and/or trainer.

ATC curriculum, made available on demand
Compression of classroom instructional materials may be required if you desire to use your existing curriculum. This can be combined with ATC’s innovative programming process to create CBT and VILT modules that bring concepts to life for learners. (Front end investment for each course)
A scheduling process will be set up that triggers ATC to provide access for each learner to the CBT programs for each selected course.
In some instances a hard copy or downloadable measurement instrument or workbook may need to be sent to each participant as a component of the pre-work.
Interaction between learners and instructors will be facilitated on the front end of each session in order to set schedules for the VILT portions of each program.
On-line learning platform – WebEx is the product currently utilized by ATC.
